Spring Etiquette Dinner

Monday, April 22, 2013

Pacific Room, 6pm

Table manners play an important part in making a favorable impression. They are visible signals of the state of our manners and therefore are essential to professional success. The point of etiquette rules is to make you feel comfortable - not uncomfortable.

Etiquette Speaker Mindy Lockard (aka The Gracious Girl) sets the tone, and the mood for this dinner, and guides us through proper use of our utensils and appropriate conversations with employers while at professional meals.

Table hosts are essential in maintaining the comfort and the conversation around the table as we experience this journey together.  What better way to network with students, and discover a little more about their personalities and their soft skills?

If you are a recruiter interested in becoming a table host, or want more information about this event, contact Jennifer Hansen at hansenj@wou.edu.
