Visit Campus

As a career development department, we do require that agencies work with our department to ensure a successful experience for all involved.  While planning your visit to campus we have many opportunities available for you to incorporate into your day.  We do appreciate inventive ideas as well, so feel free to share any thoughts about your visit with our department and we try to accomodate all aspects into your visit. We highly encourage and support networking opportunties between agencies and our students.


Fees Schedule for non-event visits:
1st visit of each term: free
2nd, 3rd visits of each term: $25 each
4+ visits of each term: $50 each


Information Table

The Werner University Center is the hub of campus activity for WOU students. You might consider hosting an information table to make direct contact with students. the best hours to reach the most students are between 11am and 2pm, Tuesday thru Thursday during the academic year. We send weekly e-mail announcements to students with a schedule of recruiters hosting information tables. If you would like to see a map of the WUC click on this link. Interview rooms and appointments

You can conduct interviews with several WOU candidates on-campus in a short amount of time. Our office will reserve the room and schedule the interview time slots when provided with the names and contact information for the students. Information meetings and/or recruiter-hosted lunches

Want to get noticed by students on campus? Provide food as you host an information meeting about the intership, volunteer or job opportunities you have available. Classroom visits

Classroom presentation allow recruiters to connect with students and faculty. Our office can work with faculty to set up your classroom visit. If you would like to schedule a day for classroom visits, email
