A fundamental shallow water aerobic class. It includes a warm-up, pre-exercise stretch, 30 minutes of aerobic activity, abdominal toning, stretching, and strength activities.
A little to no-impact moderate intensity class, in the deep end of our pool, which minimizes the stress on joints. Fitness, endurance, strength, flexibility, and body alignment emphasized with resistance training.
A combination of shallow and deep water exercises. This cardio intense class will get your blood pumping and increase the release of endorphins, helping you get through your day with extra energy.
Aqua Body Conditioning is a vigorous workout combining high intense cardio workouts with circuit training and intervals.
Those who desire a vigorous workout may want to try our Stress Busters class. This class offers a more intense stress reducing workout to release the stresses of the day. Wash away your tensions by exercising with us in the shallow waters of our pool. You can still participate at your own pace if you desire a little less.
How does water affect people differently than exercising on land?
- Buoyant support of the water cancels 90% of the weight of a person submerged to the neck, therefore, the body is lighter in water.

- Water offers constant resistance (12-14 times more than air).
- The impact on joints is decreased; eases joint mobility
- Can work opposing muscle groups.
- The water continually cools the body creating more comfort for your workout
