About Us

The mission of Campus Recreation is to serve the WOU community by providing activities that promote healthy and active lifestyles and foster growth and development.

 

For anyone looking to stay physically active, relieve some stress, meet new people or just have fun then Campus Recreation is the place to be. By offering a wide variety of organized recreational opportunities to WOU students, faculty & staff through intramural sports leagues, tournaments and special events, the aquatics and outdoor programs, weight room and drop-in recreation, we are able to serve a diverse campus population with a variety of interests.

 

The new Health and Wellness center is now OPEN, come by and see the new facilities!!

No matter what you are interested in, Campus Recreation has something to offer everyone. Play the sports you grew up loving, try something new or why not both?
