If so, you may purchase your International Student Identification Card (ISIC) from Western Oregon University. This service is available to WOU students as well as to students from the surrounding community. What do you need to apply? Passport photo Proof of student status Proof of age Payment of $25 (check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover) if your provide your own photo.
