How to apply for students The Office of Study Abroad and International Exchanges provides oversight for the exchange agreements and submits and receives applications for international and domestic students participating in the exchange programs.

Language and Culture Programs WOU's Office of Study Abroad and International Exchanges can develop two to four week summer language and culture programs for its exchange partners.
The program goals are: To increase communicative confidence using the English lanuage. To have opportunities for communicating with native speakers in a wide variety of situations. To learn strategies for effective communication. To learn about American culture by attending and participating in a variety of cultural events.
