Project Description: Five Oregon public universities (Eastern Oregon University, Oregon State University, Portland State University, Southern Oregon University, and Western Oregon University) collaboratively offer an approved, online graduate-level literacy program. The five universities share 60 courses that have a common tuition level so that teachers throughout Oregon can take graduate-level literacy courses and earn a reading endorsement. The ReadOregon program is centrally coordinated by The Teaching Research Institute through the website, a database, and regular communication with the participating universities and the teachers enrolled in the program. |
