- Artslynx Arts Funding list
A handy list of sites that provide information about arts funding.
- Oregon Arts Commission
A division of the Oregon Economic and Community Development Department that seeks to foster the arts in Oregon and maintain their excellence. Nine commissioners, appointed by the governor, determine policies, establish long-range plans, and review applications to grants programs to determine funding levels.
- Oregon Cultural Trust
A statewide cultural plan to raise significant new funds to invest in Oregon's arts, humanities and heritage. Plans to distribute more than $90 million in grant funds throughout the state over the next decade.

- Actors' Equity Association
The labor union representing over 45,000 American actors and stage managers working in the professional theatre.
- Actors' Fund
A non-profit organization that provides for the social welfare of all entertainment professionals, including: actors, designers, writers, sound technicians, musicians, dancers, administrators, directors, film editors, and stagehands.
- American Dance Guild
A non-profit membership organization concerned with promoting the art of dance. Serves the needs of performers, choreographers, teachers and students through all stages of their development and careers.
- American Guild of Musical Artists
A national labor union representing opera and concert singers, production personnel and dancers at principal opera, concert and dance companies throughout the United States.
- Congress on Research in Dance
An organization devoted to encouraging scholars in dance to research, publish, and discuss material from all areas of dance.
- Dance Educators of America
An organization for dance professionals dedicated to improving the quality and teaching abilities of its member teachers and enhancing their education of students, as well as furthering the professional and ethical standards in the performing and stage arts and of dance in all its forms.
- Dance Heritage Coalition
A national alliance of institutions holding significant collections of materials documenting the history of dance. Its mission is to preserve, make accessible, enhance and augment the materials that document the artistic accomplishments in dance of the past, present, and future. Provides the Choreographing your search tutorial on in-depth dance research, focusing on primary sources available in archives and research libraries.
