Academic Search Premier A major database covering a wide range of academic subjects. Abstracts and indexing are included for about 8,000 scholarly journals and general interest magazines from 1984 to the present. Over 4,000 full text journals are included, some back to 1975.

Alternative Press Index This database indexes nearly 290 alternative, radical and left periodicals, newspapers and magazines that report and analyze the practices and theories of cultural, economic, political and social change. It is produced by the Alternative Press Center. A FirstSearch Web index from 1991-present.

America: History & Life

Contemporary Women's Issues CWI focuses on timely and relevant topics and meaningful issues for women such as health, human rights, the workplace, legal status and more. CWI covers over 600 sources published by more than 100 organizations from around the world. A FirstSearch Web index, 1992- present.
