BAGS AND TISSUE PAPER These things cannot be recycled, but that does not mean that they cannot be reused. When giving a gift use an old bag and tissue paper instead of using new ones. |

ALUMINUM As long as someone is willing to recycle aluminum, then it can be recycled. Aluminum can be recycled an infinite amount of times. This product can also be reused in a variety of ways for arts and crafts. |

PACKAGING
MATERIALS The plastic wrappers on the outside of a lot of the materials that we purchase cannot be recycled because of their chemical properties. Make sure you check for the recycle sign: |
| PLASTIC
BAGS There are so many grocery stores that are starting to recycle palstic bags in order to make new plastic bags. So stop by the local Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Waremart to recycle your plastic bags. |

FOOD STORAGE
BAGS This is also a form of plastic that cannot be recycled, but these bags can be reused. Just clean them out and dry them after using them in order to use them again. |

| GLASS This is another product that can be recycled a countless amount of times. This product can also be reused as a vase or even a water bottle. |
MIXED MATERIALS Items taht are made of several materials are hard to recycle because they are hard to seperate. For example: the seal of a Pringles container. However, any other materials that can be seperated like plastic from a cardboard package can be recycled. |

| TIN When these items are recycled it saves a lot of energy, energy that would have been needed in order to make a brand new item out of new tin. |
Try
to clean out all of these materials before recycling. This makes the recycling process much cleaner.

| CARDBOARD Shiny cardboard and corrugated cardboard can be recycled. Examples of this inlcudes: cereal boxes, pizza boxes, and packaging boxes. |
