Students and Faculty at WOU knit and crochet teddy bears by hand.

All the bears wear a red scarf in advocacy of HIV/AIDS relief.

These bears will be sent to Africa through the Mother Bear project and be given to children who have been influenced by HIV/AIDS.

The Mother Bear Project is a non-profit organization that provides comfort and hope to children in Africa who have been affected by HIV/AIDS.

Once they reach the Mother Bear Project center they will be given red hearts.
