Obtaining Journal Articles from the Hamersly Library Full-text Articles*
[*Off-campus use of many library systems is limited to WOU faculty and students. To ensure access, users may be validated by the Hamersly Library proxy server.]
Hamersly Library makes available through Ebscohost the following widely used databases: Many of the articles within these databases are available in full-text format. Look for links at the bottom of citations: PDF Full-Text; HTML Full-Text; or Linked Full-Text . Those articles not available in full-text format may be requested through the Interlibrary Loan Request form at the bottom of the citation display. Make sure to indicate that you are a WOU Extended Programs student in the Comments box. (Failure to complete this step may result in a denial of your request!) Lexis-Nexis is another widely used database, providing access to a vast array of newspapers and legal and trade publications, with all results available in full-text on your computer.
