The podium can be reserved for use
in larger rooms (HL 107, 108, 205).
Please reserve the podium for a specific
room (usually HL 107, 108, 205).
1. Select the room on the Calendar
& Events page.
2. When the room calendar is displayed,
click the Add Event button
for a request form.
3. Use the description section on the
form to request this item.
Approval information will be emailed to
you.
