Tuition and fees Western Oregon University charges a one-time matriculation fee of $171 and is assessed on all new and transfer undergraduate students. All students will pay a $12 Revolving Service Plan Charge each term if their tuition and fees are not paid by the first Friday of each term. If fees are paid before then, the $12 fee will not be assessed. All international students are required to carry the university insurance of $181 each term for fall, winter, and spring. Summer insurance is $215. All students must also pay $171 for the Health Center Fee. This is to pay for the use of our on campus health center. (PLEASE NOTE: Students returning fall term the following year will have to pay for summer insurance and health center fees regardless of attending classes or not. You will have to pay spring insurance and summer insurance/fees at the same time during the beginning of spring term.) Additional fees would include but are not limited to classroom fees for particular classes as well as interest if bill is not paid by due date. All fees associated with Western Oregon University are subject to change without prior notice, and will be assessed by us and not through any agencies.

Please note! The application process for Western Oregon University carries a $90 application/mailing fee and is handled by the Office of International Students & Scholars. The $50 application fee must be paid by check, money order made payable to Western Oregon University. No cash is accepted. If you would like to pay any fees by credit card, please call WOU Cashiers Office at: 503-838-8284 for assistance. We do not encourage, expect or require students to deal with private recruitment agencies, please know that WOU receives no profit or financial gain from any agencies or organizations. Further, please be aware that Chinese law prescribes limits on what private agencies can legally charge. |
