International Cultural Service Program Scholarship
International students may apply for scholarships through the International Cultural Service Program(ICSP). The scholarship award is based on the student academic merit, financial need, and her/his ability to perform cultural service. The program allows international students to pay "reduced tuition." This is a savings of approximately $9,000 for undergraduate students and graduate students each academic year. In return, students who receive this privilege must provide 80 hours of educational or community service to the State of Oregon during the academic year. Intensive English Program Scholarship
International students who apply to WOU as the Conditional Admission Students are eligible for this $1,000 scholarship based on their academic merit.
