Concurrent Enrollment Request

Concurrent enrollment allows undergraduate international students to take additional classes at another school while taking classes at WOU. The International Students and Scholar Affairs office will maintain the student’s SEVIS immigration record and confirm that they are registered for at least 12 credits. If the student plans to get his/her degree at a school other than WOU, the student must complete a transfer to the new school and receive their I-20 form.

Students should complete this form to notify the ISSA office of concurrent enrollment, and to receive a letter of support for concurrent enrollment (usually required before registering at the other school).

I understand that if I register for less than 12 credits at WOU, I must do the following:

  • Submit a complete “Concurrent Enrollment” form to the ISSA office or online.
  • By the first week of class, print out your detailed class schedule at the concurrent enrollment school. It must contain your full name, term of attendance, classes being taken, and their number of credits. Turn it in to the ISSA office.
  • One week before the end of the term, submit an official transcript to the International Students and Scholars Affairs Office for grades to transfer and to confirm you were enrolled the entire term. Failure to submit a class schedule at the beginning of the term, or an official/unofficial transcript at the end of the term will result in SEVIS termination.

After you have pressed "Submit", scroll up to read the confirmation message at the top of the form.
