Prior to registration, international students are required to submit the Western Oregon University Health History form, complete with immunization history. These forms are sent with the admission letter and I-20 Form.

Insurance
Western requires that international students and their dependents have and maintain personal health and accident insurance. International students are automatically charged for this insurance at the time they register for classes unless they can provide proof of adequate insurance coverage from another source.
