She is interested in creating a psychological test to do psychological assessment between a group of students studying abroad and another group in China.

Fengzhi Tan	Dalian Polytechnic University	Chemistry	Winter term 2012- Winter term 2012	Fengzhi Tan planed to conduct research in the Chemistry department at Western Oregon University but received a generous opportunity from a different university and transferred.
Min Liu	Shenyang Aerospace University	English Language and Literature	Winter term 2012	Min Liu observed English, Writing and Literature courses during her program at WOU. She visited the local elementary school and middle school to observe and see how the education systems are connected.
Lin Lin	Shenyang Aerospace University	Mathematics	Fall term 2011- Winter term 2012	Lin Lin conducted research in the Mathematics department at Western Oregon University. Her final project was to give the Math Club and the Pi Mu Epsilon 50-minute talks, so that American students and faculty members can better understand the K-12 and university educational systems in China.

He taught CSS399 Introduction to the Oracle and participated in other professional meetings and graduate student academic defenses.

Linnan Zhang	Shengyang University of Technology, China	Biology and Chemistry	January 2011- Spring 2012	Linnan conducted science research and data collection with his advisor. He plans to conduct research in the Division of Natural Science and Mathematics, specifically biology and chemistry research.

Xiaoli Wang	Liaoning Education Service Center	International Students and Scholars Affairs	January-March	Xiaoli Wang collected video footage of the WOU campus to promote to Universities in China.
Yang Li	Shenyang University	Music	June2010-2011	Yang Li learned English, chorus and individual performance skills while at WOU. He participated in more than seven music concerts and performed opera and choir pieces.
Lili Zhang	Shenyang University	English	June-May	Lily Zhang actively attended writing, linguistics, research and teaching courses. She collected video footage for promotional materials.
Tsan-Chang Lin (Bill)	Central Police University	Criminal Justice	March-August	Bill Lin collected research to present later at the Central Police University and to publish in an academic journal in Taiwan. He visited and made connections with the Salem Police Department, the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, and the Department of Oregon State Police.

Cen Huang	Northeast University	May 09- April 10	Ms. Huang studied music while at WOU and taught students in the music department and piano and its culture in China. Her presentation was a lecture on Piano Music and its Culture in China.

He Zhao	Dalian Polytechnic University	September 09- June 10	Please see attached article. Article in "Chinese Scholar Magazine".
Chenyuan Li	Liaoning Medical University	October 09- June 10	Ms. Li participated in genetics, biochemistry and cell biology courses. She did research and lab work with WOU professors specifically about gene cloning.
Xiaojun Tang	Dalian Polytechnic University	October 09- July 10	Ms. Tang and Zhao participated in computer science courses and researched for their thesis titled "The Investigation of the Computer Science Education in the Universities between the U.S.A and China".
Xiuyan Zhao	Dalian Polytechnic University	October 09- July 10
Yang Yu	Dalian Polytechnic University	March 09- January 10	Ms. Yu gained knowledge about the technologies, trends and progress in specialized fields and applied technology. She plans to utilize the skills and knowledge she gained while in America back in China.
