DEP Vision and Mission Statement

 

We invite you to wander through our website and discover all the different opportunities for professional development, continuing education, online classes, and community business workshops. The Division of Extended Programs (DEP) in collaboration with the academic colleges and support services at WOU strives to provide lifelong learning opportunities you will find flexible, responsive, and creative to meet the needs of all learners.

 

This mission is accomplished through innovative and creative programming that is consistent with the mission of Western Oregon University and the Office of Academic Affairs and provides unique teaching and service opportunities for WOU faculty.

Extended Programs current term schedules and course availability for online classes can be found in the real time class availability site. Select Extended Programs and the course level at which you are interested in finding classes.

DEP Tuition Rates:

Summer 2012 - Spring 2013

Undergrad $180 per credit

Graduate $345 per credit

ReadOregon $359 per credit

* Tuition & Fee rates are determined by the State Board of Higher Education and are subject to change. Some programs and courses have different tuition and fees. See specific program for additional information.

Accreditation documents may be viewed in the Office of the Provost or in Hamersly Library.

 

 

State Authorization Regulations:

 

Distance Education students may follow this link for information about filing consumer complaints with your state authorizing agency.
