Schedule of Classes
We encourage participants to register as far ahead of time as possible; preferably at least one week before the course start date.The earlier participants register, the more time they have to complete the initial online portion of training. Once the class has started, late registrations will not be accepted.
Tuition is funded by a grant from ODOT for Oregon residents. Participants are responsible for paying their own materials fee of $75. Those who are not residents of Oregon may still take the training, but are subject to the Tuition Policy.
Participants who fail the training may choose to retake the course in its entirety. However, ODOT will only pay the course tuition one time per person. The fee to retake the training is dependent on the participant's progress in the course.
Earning College Credit
Academic credit is available for participants for an additional fee. Students have the option of earning undergrad or graduate-level credit (a BA/BS degree is required to earn grad-level credit).
Students registered for graduate-level credit must complete additional work within six weeks of course completion. Participants must register and pay for academic credits before the last class meeting.

Calendar of Upcoming Courses
This training is conducted in a hybrid format, with approximately 1/3 of the course materials presented in an online format. Courses meet on all dates listed. Unless previously arranged with instructor, participants must attend all course meetings in order to pass the course.
To cancel a registration and receive a refund of material fees paid, a cancellation notice must be faxed to 503-838-8473 or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the first class meeting. All coure materials must be returned to WOU in perfect condition.
There is no refund for academic credit tuition, but by dropping the credit option before the second in-class meeting, you will have no grade responsibility. Your request must be in writing and signed. Due to the time-sensitive nature, we recommend you fax (503-838-8473) your request to drop the credit option.
