For Complete FERPA Information
The Academic Advising and Learning Center allows students to waive their right to privacy by completing a FERPA waiver form. This form grants ONE TIME access to discuss the student's records with any individual the students indicates. Each office reserves the right to determine how long the FERPA waiver is good for. Completing a FERPA waiver in another department does not grant access to student records through the Academic Advising and Learning Center. Only forms completed in our office at time of advising will be accepted.
