Stockdale will begin his career at WOU by focusing his efforts on WOU’s 150 year anniversary. He will strengthen the university’s ties with the community as well as gain financial support from alumni and other groups.
“Randy brings to his new position not only an excellent professional background and broadvolunteer experience in membership development and fund raising, but he also brings an enthusiastic can-do attitude essential for success in his position,” said Leta Edwards, vice president for university advancement. “We are thrilled to have him as a member of our advancement team.”
Prior to joining WOU, Stockdale served six years as director of membership for the Strategic Economic Development Corporation (SEDCOR). His primary role was to grow and maintain the organization’s membership, as well as set the budget.
