Western Oregon University will join thousands of groups across the nation in presenting Eve Ensler's "The Vagina Monologues" this weekend.
The monologues -- about the obvious topic -- are funny, sad and provocative. The performances are part of the V-Day movement; 10 percent of proceeds will be donated to the national V-Day organization, and the rest will go to Abby's House Center for Women and Families.
It's at 7 tonight, Friday and Saturday at the theater at WOU, 345 Monmouth Ave. N in Monmouth. Tickets are $7 or $5 for students. For more information, call (503) 680-6937.
