- Continue collaborative working relationship with the WOU Staff Senate.
- Address unclassified professional salary concerns, providing representation and information; participate on compensation committee as needed.
- Continue to facilitate campus-wide communication.
- Provide outreach to ASC constituency on salary, management, and other key issues. Survey the constituency to determine priorities.
- Welcome and mentor new professional staff on campus.
- In conjunction with Staff Senate and HR, continue to work on staff recognition and training/development opportunities.
- Increase the number and/or amount of ASC scholarships for WOU students.
- Increase awareness of ASC scholarships.
- Enhance ASC website and information provided therein.
