As we strive to make the Wolfpack Athletic Auction a classy event, we encourage all guests to dress up as much as possible. What time should I arrive? The doors will open at 5:00 p.m. and all guests are encouraged to arrive early to make any bids at the Maximum Guaranteed Purchase Price and to ensure enough time to see all the items before the dinner and the silent auction is closed. Where can I park at the conference center? You can park for free in either the underground parking garage under the Phoenix Grand Hotel or in the Liberty Parkade located on Liberty and Ferry St. Can I stay at the Phoenix Grand Hotel after the auction? Make hotel reservations by calling 1-877-540-7800 or online at www.phoenixgrandhotel.com. How do I use the bid stickers? At check-in you will be issued bid stickers, which you should use for bidding on items. Simply place a bid sticker on the appropriate amount of your desired item and your bid has been officially accepted. Can I use a pen to bid? Should you run out of bid stickers, please visit the check-in station and request more. We do not encourage the use of pens because of potential security and accuracy problems that can occur.
