About the Picnic & Auction Over the past decade the Annual Smith Fine Arts Picnic & Auction has grown from a small gathering of arts supporters to becoming the major fundraising event for the series. Proceeds from the Picnic and Auction help support the series and its educational missions. For 34 years the series has touched the lives of thousands of local students and community members through quality arts programming. You can help us continue our success by attending this exciting fundraising event! Join us or an evening of gourmet food and wine, live music and exciting items to win! Reservations To make a reservation for the picnic and auction, print the dinner ticket form and mail with your check or call 503-838-8333. Donate an item to the auction! Unique and exciting auction items are what make our event so successful.
