The DeVolder Family Science Center

The Science Center project at Western Oregon University represents an exciting new chapter in our history. The increased instructional space and modernized facilities gained by the project will greatly contribute to the quality of student life and academic success at WOU and impact the region by addressing needs for our science-related professionals.

In addition to much needed facility upgrades, the project will provide the opportunity for continued curriculum development across the spectrum of science programs including biology, chemistry, Earth and physical science. Through innovative instruction, modern facilities, and cutting edge technology, Western Oregon University will meet the rapidly changing needs and demands of our students while serving as an academic leader and economic engine for the Willamette Valley and Oregon.
