| What is the Western Oregon University Annual Fund? | |

The Annual Fund is the reoccuring, unrestricted financial support given each fiscal year (July 1-June 30) and is the cornerstone of all fundraising programs at WOU.
Support from WOU alumni, parents and friends benefit current students in continuing to reach their educational goals. It is a benchmark of the involvement of our alumni with their alma mater for funding decisions made by foundations and corporations. |

| The Annual Fund remains Western Oregon University Foundation's first giving priority, helping to cover the difference between tuition and the actual cost of a WOU education. Hundreds of faculty, staff, alumni, family members, friends, and trustees contribute to the Annual Fund every year, directly impacting the school's operating budget. Your participation encourages others to give, helps the school get foundation grants, and sends a message to the community that Western Oregon University does make a difference. Gifts to the Annual Fund help provide scholarships, necessary classroom and curruiculum enhancements, professional development opportunities for students and faculty, and upgrades in technology and associated equipment. | |
