Special Event Rates

 

 

Rental Price Includes:

• Use of the entire grounds facility
• Tables
  • 5 ft rounds (12)
  • 6ft rectangles (20)
• Chairs (200)
• Host/Hostess from the Gentle House Staff
• Use of the first floor of the inside facility

 

Weddings and Receptions, Bar Mitzvahs, Quinceanera and Fundraisers

Nine hour blocks of time may not be divided into two days' use or for the purpose of a rehearsal.

(times are not finalized until two months prior to your event)

This check must be post dated to the date of your event. It will be held and then returned to you after the event, providing there are no damages and/or excessive cleanup.

 

Payments

50% of your remaining balance is due 1 month after booking.
The full amount of your rental balance is required 4 months before your event.
Monthly payment arrangements can be made. Visa And Mastercard are accepted with a $1 charge. 

 

 

Social Events (6 Hours or Less)

Baby Showers, Memorials, Birthday Parties, etc.

 

June 1st to September 30th

Monday-Thursday:	$50 an hour up to four hours	$40 each additional hour up to 2

Friday, Saturday or Sunday:	$50 an hour up to four hours	$35 for each additional hour up to 2
Monday-Thursday:	$35 an hour up to four hours	$25 each additional hour up to 2

 

Alumni, WOU Students, Staff, and Faculty- 10% discount*

* The discount is taken off the rental price. It excludes additional rentals.

 

Security Deposit—Non-Refundable—Required at time of booking

If the rental amount is under $400 at the time of booking the deposit will be half of the rental price.
If the rental amount is over $400 at the time of booking then the deposit is $200.
*Nothing is permanent until a deposit is received.

 

Damage Deposit—Refundable—Required at time of booking………..$200

Table Napkins (Red, Blue, Yellow, Black, Gold)	$1 per napkin
Punch Bowl with Ladel	$5
Water Pitchers	$0.50 each
Salt and Pepper Shakers	$0.25 per set
12' by 12' Dark Green Top Canopy	$25
