Cultural Connections Program: This free program coordinated through the Multicultural Student Services & Programs Office is designed to provide an orientation for first generation, ethnic and/or culturally diverse students. This program runs concurrently with the New Student Week Program and provides minimum of one session per day to give student from culturally underrepresented backgrounds an opportunity to connect with their peers and upper classmen who they can relate to and staff that will provide support while they are students at WOU.

Purpose: To welcome the incoming students to Western Oregon University who have been awarded the Diversity Commitment Scholarship and the David S. Brody Memorial Scholarship offered through the MSSP office.
