MS 311, 312, 313 Military Science III: The study of military leadership, management, theory, and dynamics of the military team. Apply principles to advanced military operations. Includes: leadership, management, and organizational theory, group dynamics, functions of staff organizations, development of the commander’s estimate, combat orders and plans, troop leading procedures, application of leadership concepts in offensive and defensive operations at the squad, platoon, and company level, and fundamentals of small unit tactics/patrolling. MS 314 Advanced Summer Camp: Practical and theoretical instruction for thirty-three days in a military environment at Fort Lewis, Washington. |
