COLLABORATION WITH STUDENT RESEARCHERS

Since coming to Western in 1980, I have collaborated with student researchers on 35 scholarly presentations. Three of my students and I are traveling to Palm Springs, CA in April to present a paper at the Annual Convention of the Western Psychological Association.

I also have Western Oregon Students as coauthors on  five publications.

CURRENT RESEARCH

I am at various stages of submission of manuscripts on safe-sex functioning and national identity. I am leading a team of WOU students in a research project on attachment processes in blended families. We collected data on 333 participants, analyzed some of the data, and presented our results at conferences. We are continuing to collect data and analyze results for presentations and publications.
