WOU-Talmadge Middle School Mentoring Program
Potential Mentors
Welcome! If you are interested in finding out more about what it takes to be a WOU-Talmadge mentor, you've come to the right page.
Participation in the WOU-Talmadge mentoring program can be a great opportunity for students interested in making a difference in the life of an adolescent.
This class provides real world experience in the domain of helping others. Additionally former mentors report that mentoring helped them gain admission to graduate school or locate a job in their career field.
We created this page to help students decide if the want to participate in the mentoring program. Mentoring can be an amazing experience, but it is not for everyone.
We recommend that you look over the links provided below, and contact Dr. Strapp if you have additional questions prior to applying to participate.
NOTE: To participate in the mentoring program YOU MUST APPLY,
YOU MUST ATTEND ONE MANDATORY APPLICATION MEETING
and your APPLICATION MUST BE ACCEPTED.

Application to mentoring program: PDF or Word document
Due to Todd 325 by the first Friday in November.
Mandatory application meetings: Attend one
Monday November 5th 5:30-6:00 pm Todd 106 OR Tuesday November 6th 9:00-9:30 am in Todd 106
