For me, a big issue is people especially guys starring at me it has gotten better, but I'm not sure if that is because it has decreased or if I am just more used to it now.  I think knowing that it happens to most people made me more comfortable with it, but now instead of wanting to get to know Greek guys, I have developed the mentality that I don't even want to bother talking to them, because talking just invites more aggressive behavior.  Another male/female difference I have noticed is that there are almost never any women at cafes, restaurants, the gyro stand - whatever.  It will be nice to go back home (to the United States) and not be stared at so much and see women in public.
