Internship Announcements

 

The Standard: Summer 2013

 

The Standard will be hiring actuarial interns for summer of 2013 soon.

The internship will be in The Standard home office in Portland.   They are paid internships and the students are expected to work for approximately 3 months while they are off for the summer.

Competition for the internships is high and it is strongly recommend that students have passed one of the preliminary actuarial exams offered by the Society of Actuaries (www.soa.org).

If you are a student who is graduating this year, you can apply for any full-time openings that are posted on The Standard's career website.   The entry level job title is Actuarial Assistant. Candidates can set up this system to email them when this position is posted.
