Western Adventures in Math and Science (WAMS) The
Western Adventures in Math and Science (WAMS) Program at Western Oregon University
(WOU) is a non-profit education and community outreach series hosted by the
Division of Natural Science and Mathematics. Minimal tuition maintains
activity supplies, defrays advertising costs, and ensures participants are
committed to activities of interest. As
of August 2006, WAMS remains on an indefinite hiatus given chronic
low-enrollment, activity cancellation, and the loss of our part-time program coordinator. If
