CURRENT INFORMATION FOR THE FAMILY, PARENTS and FRIENDS OF RESIDENTIAL STUDENTS
It is that time again – Housing Renewal – the opportunity that our current residents have to select spaces and
roommates of their choice to live in and with for the coming year.
There is NO COST involved and our current residents get to select before any other students are placed for the coming academic year.
HERE IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED SO FAR:
Routed information about RoomSync the electronic forum for our current residents can use to find and match with roommate(s) for the coming year.
A link was routed to our current residents to access and use RoomSync if they choose to. Alternatively, if residents already know who they want to have as
a roommate for the coming year, the resident AND their roommate(s) should email University Housing stating who they want to room with. Residents should
check their WOU email for their link.
Routed information regarding upcoming ROOM TOURS for the Renewal process so that interested students can see a like space in the hall that they are
interested in renewing into. Residents should use the link above to access details and information about how to sign up for the room tour of choice – or
check their WOU email for this information.
HERE IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN:
- MARCH 8: Room tours will run through March 8th.
- MARCH 5: Housing Renewal selection start date/timeslot will be available after 5 pm, Monday, March 5th on student Overview pages.
- MARCH 11: Housing selection is slated to start at 4 pm and run daily from 4 to 10 pm daily through the week.
