If you are interested in a future in science or mathematics, Natural Sciences and Mathematics Career Day is the perfect time to explore your educational and employment opportunities. High school juniors and seniors as well as college students are invited to attend this one-day event.
Throughout the day, you’ll have the opportunity to hear, meet with and ask questions of professionals who have graduated from Western Oregon in science and mathematics. (For a list of the fields that will be discussed, consult the Natural Science and Math Careers Day Brochure [acrobat].)
There will be an optional tour of campus and the residence halls led by a Western Oregon student at the conclusion of the sessions. Representatives from the Office of Admissions will also be available throughout the day to answer your questions.

To RSVP and join us, you can download an acrobat brochure and registration form to print and mail, call us at 877-877-1593 (ext. 1) or 503-838-8211 (V/TTY), or fill out the online registration form. (Registration closes at 5 p.m . on Monday, November 10.) As we will be walking around campus, we do recommend that you prepare for inclement weather and wear comfortable shoes.
If you cannot attend Natural Science and Math Careers Day, consider schedule an individual campus visit. We invite you to spend a day getting to know WOU’s campus and community! By visiting us, you’ll get an insider’s view of campus life. Tours are given by Western Oregon’s Student Advocates and last one hour. Tours leave from the Admissions Office at 10 a.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. during the regular academic year and at 1:30 p.m. only during winter, spring and summer breaks.
