Reunion Brunch 9:30 to 11 a.m. Werner University Center, Pacific Room
The classes of 1973, ’78, ’83, ’88, ’93, and ’98 will gather in the Pacific Room for conversation and brunch. ASWOU leaders, past and present, will be there too. President and Mrs. Conn will mingle with you to learn more about your good times on campus 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years ago. All alumni and friends are invited to have brunch and join the celebration.
Talk · Shop · Tour 11 a.m. to Noon Various Locations It’s all right. Linger at the table and spend some more time celebrating good times.
Come on now! Spend a little money in the WOU Bookstore, open until 5 p.m. to give you plenty of time to get the latest look in Wolves booster wear. Take a guided tour of the campus, conducted by our own Western Advocates. Meet in the Pacific Room lobby.
You can also revisit old haunts on your own. Find your name on the sidewalk; see how Campbell Hall has changed; visit the Hamersly Library. Be sure to ask for a campus map when you register.
See Some Art 11 a.m. to Noon Hamersly Library
There are three exhibits on tap in Hamersly Library during Homecoming. To start, see Julie Warren Conn’s sculptures in the second-floor gallery. Then, move on to sisters Donna and Darcy Henderson collaborative “Gazpacho”, a collection of poetry and artwork inspired by their mother’s life and death struggle with cancer. This collection is displayed in the third floor gallery. Finally, don’t miss Kristofer Ibarra’s photographs in the third-floor Archives Gallery.

Outback Steakhouse Barbecue Noon to 1:15 p.m. McArthur Field
Gather across from McArthur Field in the big tent next to the New Physical Education Building for a delicious barbecue, provided by Outback Steakhouse.
The Big Game: Western Oregon vs. Humboldt State 2 p.m. Kickoff McArthur Field Stadium
Be sure to be in the McArthur Field stands by 1:15 p.m. to welcome the Homecoming court onto the field. You’ll want to be in your seat at halftime when the new Homecoming queen is crowned and former WOU athletes take the field to be introduced.
If you are an WOU alumni athlete, register to take part in the half-time celebration. Register at the stadium when you arrive, and meet at the flagpole when five minutes remain the second quarter to be introduced and take the field during the half.
5th Quarter Right After the Game Gentle House
Gather at Gentle House, just north of campus, for snacks and drinks courtesy of MaPS Credit Union. Meet the coaches and make plans to come together again next year.
ComedySportz 7 p.m. Werner University Center, Pacific Room
Return to the Pacific Room and laugh at the improv group, ComedySportz, sponsored by University Residences. Entertainment for alumni and students alike. It’s live; it’s interactive; it’s clean. It’s Portland’s funniest show!
ComedySportz is improvisational comedy played as a sport. Two teams battle for laughs and points as they make up scenes, games and songs on the spot. If you like the TV show “Whose Line Is It Anyway”, you’ll love ComedySportz. Fun for all ages, ComedySportz is rated PG.
Volleyball: WOU vs. Seattle University 7 p.m. New Physical Education Gym
Step across Church Street and watch the Wolves take on the Red Hawks in the New Physical Education building.
