11 a.m. to Noon
Various Locations

It’s all right. Linger at the table and spend some more time celebrating good times.

Come on now! Spend a little money in the WOU Bookstore, open until 5 p.m. to give you plenty of time to get the latest look in Wolves booster wear. Take a guided tour of the campus, conducted by our own Western Advocates. Meet in the Pacific Room lobby.

You can also revisit old haunts on your own. Find your name on the sidewalk; see how Campbell Hall has changed; visit the Hamersly Library. Be sure to ask for a campus map when you register.

See Some Art
11 a.m. to Noon
Hamersly Library

There are three exhibits on tap in Hamersly Library during Homecoming. To start, see Julie Warren Conn’s sculptures in the second-floor gallery. Then, move on to sisters Donna and Darcy Henderson collaborative “Gazpacho”, a collection of poetry and artwork inspired by their mother’s life and death struggle with cancer. This collection is displayed in the third floor gallery. Finally, don’t miss Kristofer Ibarra’s photographs in the third-floor Archives Gallery.

Hamersly Library Saturday hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information on library exhibits, please call Jerrie Lee Parpart at 503-838-8419.

There’s a party going on right here.
bullet Outback Steakhouse Barbecue
Noon to 1:15 p.m.
McArthur Field

Gather across from McArthur Field in the big tent next to the New Physical Education Building for a delicious barbecue, provided by Outback Steakhouse.

bullet The Big Game: Western Oregon vs. Humboldt State
2 p.m. Kickoff
McArthur Field Stadium

Be sure to be in the McArthur Field stands by 1:15 p.m. to welcome the Homecoming court onto the field. You’ll want to be in your seat at halftime when the new Homecoming queen is crowned and former WOU athletes take the field to be introduced.

If you are an WOU alumni athlete, register to take part in the half-time celebration. Register at the stadium when you arrive, and meet at the flagpole when five minutes remain the second quarter to be introduced and take the field during the half.

Celebrate ... It’s all right!
