-Payroll deduction form (coming soon!)
You can have $12 a month for a year, or a one-time deduction of $144 taken out of your paycheck to meet the Governor's Challenge.
-Existing donor form
If you are already a sustainer for the Marion-Polk Food Share or another food bank, fill out this form to ensure that your department gets credit for your existing donation.
Department coordinators must use this form to tally up all currency donations at the end of the food drive. Remember, deposit your cash and checks at the Cashiers Office and keep the receipts, then use those to fill out this count sheet.

-Donation request letter
This sample letter can be used as a template to request donations.

-Thank you letter
If you receive a generous donation, we encourage you to send a thank you letter to the donor. Feel free to use this template.
