The PEPNet Resource Center (PRC) was established in 1997 to provide
information and technical assistance to postsecondary institutions
serving people who are deaf and hard of hearing. They have an extensive
catalog of materials including books, videos, periodicals, academic
research, and training modules. Although PRC was created to serve
institutions, their on-line catalog of materials can be used by
the general public as a starting place to find information about
a wide variety of issues related to deaf and hard of hearing people.
