Before students can register, health history forms and immunization records must be on file in the Student Health and Counseling Center.
Avoid long lines and missing out on classes and call (503) 838-8313 to schedule an appointment for MMR injections, which are required by State law.
The cost is $45 and charges will be billed to the student’s account. MMR Clinics are scheduled for November 4 and 6 from 9 a.m. until noon
Check in with the Werner University Center Information Desk to get your new or update your current student ID; handy for all those on-campus activities.
