Study Abroad
Thought about continuing your education abroad? How about one of the following eight locations: Vienna, Austria; London, England; Angers, France; Macherata or Siena, Italy; Morelia, Mexico; and Oviedo or Segovia, Spain.

If you've been thinking about studying abroad during the Winter or Winter/Spring Terms, be sure to pick up the application forms at the Study Abroad Office in Terry House and return them by November 6.

Child Development Center
The WOU campus Child Development Center serves children 2 1/2 through 6 years from the university and surrounding communities. Highly qualified staff at the Teaching Research Institute use developmentally appropriate practices to provide an enriching and progressive early childhood education.

MMR Immunization Required
Before students can register, health history forms and immunization records must be on file in the Student Health and Counseling Center.

Avoid long lines and missing out on classes and call (503) 838-8313 to schedule an appointment for MMR injections, which are required by State law.

The cost is $45 and charges will be billed to the student’s account. MMR Clinics are scheduled for November 4 and 6 from 9 a.m. until noon

Check in with the Werner University Center Information Desk to get your new or update your current student ID; handy for all those on-campus activities.

Smith Fine Arts Series
National and internationally known performing arts groups that present outstanding performances of music, dance and theatre. The Series provides the master classes and workshops for college students, performances and discussions for students of area elementary and secondary schools, and informal lectures and demonstrations for the general public

The Jensen Arctic Museum,
Located on the Western Oregon University campus, is the only museum on the West Coast devoted solely to collecting, preserving, and teaching about Arctic culture and ecology.

Got Art
Campbell Hall was built in 1871 and is the oldest building still in use the Oregon University System. The gallery has approximately 700 square feet of exhibition space and holds six exhibitions during the academic year and one in the summer.
