Q: Where is the Alumni Office located?
A: The WOU Alumni Office is part of University Advancement and located on the first floor of The Cottage
Q: What are the hours the Alumni Office is open?
A: Generally, the WOU Alumni Office is open from 8 a.m. to 5p.m. However, it is always best to make an appointment with the Alumni Coordinator if you’re planning to visit to make sure someone is in the office.
Q: How can I contact the Alumni Relations Coordinator?
A: Call 503-838-8710 or send an email to email@example.com with any questions, to register for events, and/or to schedule an appointment
Q: I’ve recently moved and want to update my contact information and/or check what you have on file for me. Can I do that online?
A: Yes! Whether you’ve moved, have news to share, want to make a change such as adding/subtracting someone to your records or more, you can do it easily online by filling out the contact update form.
Q: I want to reconnect with former classmates but don’t have all of their contact information. Can the Alumni Office help me with this?
A: Yes! We love helping people connect with other alums! Just send us an email or give us a call and let us know who you’re looking for (i.e. class year(s), major(s), organization/club, etc.) We will get back to you and work with you on finding alums. If you’re looking for just one person, you can fill out the Alumni Locator form.
Q: I’m a teacher and want a pennant for my classroom to show my students where I went to college. Does the Alumni Office have a pennant they can send me?
A: Yes! We recently received a large shipment of WOU Alumni pennants and we want to give them to our alums. Send us an email with your school name, shipping address and include any information you think would be helpful for us to know.
