The goal of our Making WOU Happen program is to assist students through the college search and selection process. It is a great opportunity for them to learn about various aspects of college life as well as the countless resources available to help them achieve their goals.
Making WOU Happen is intended to serve high school students that are traditionally underrepresented in higher education, such as those who are ethnic minorities, first generation, and/or from low-income backgrounds. Program sessions and activities are primarily intended to address the needs of high school seniors, but juniors are welcome to attend.
All students who are admitted at or prior to the event will be entered in the scholarship drawing. They must be present from 1:05-1:30 p.m. in order to win.
Note: Due to budgetary constraints, the Office of Admissions is unable to provide financial support for transportation. Thank you for your understanding.
Questions about the program? Please contact the Office of Admissions at (503) 838-8211 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
