services to meet the institutional and
academic needs of the University community
through efficient and cost effective planning,
design and construction for projects on
campus.
Our department is responsible for a wide
variety
of activities that include all planning
and regulatory approvals for the different
campuses and projects, managing a broad
range of construction-related services
from minor renovations to construction
of major new facilities.
Our
department plans, coordinates, and oversees
all major site work, construction, and
building renovations on campus. This includes,
but is not limited to, all new construction,
major building and office renovations,
and office moves in relation to construction.
