New employee benefits enrollment

New employee online enrollment New Employees now have the opportunity to enroll for benefits online using the PEBB.BENEFITS system.

 

The PEBB.Benefits Module: What you can do

The member module allows employees to change, update, and view benefit enrollments online without paper forms. Employees can also update personal and dependent information.

 

Note: Please allow 3 days processing time after your date of hire for your information to be loaded into the module.

 

To use the PEBB Member Module click on the link provided below and follow the on-screen instructions to create a login and password.

 

 

Where to use the PEBB Member Module:

You can access the Member Module from any computer with internet access. The module will run on both Windows and Macintosh operating systems and works best with Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher and Mozilla Firefox version 1.0 or higher. You willl automatically be logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity.

 

Need assistance using the member module?

PEBB is available to take your calls with any questions or problems that come up with the member module. Please contact them at 1-800-788-0520. New employee benefitsEmployees at Western Oregon University receive a competitve benefits package complete with fully-paid Medical and Dental premiums as well as 5,000.00 basic life insurance and access to a number of optional benefits. For assistance choosing your benefits plans please see the PEBB Summary Plan Description .
