exercise science

An education in Exercise Science gives students insight into how the human body responds to exercise and physical activity. If you choose this program, you’ll take classes in general biology, human anatomy, physiology and many others. Learn how to assess fitness and create exercise plans that are appropriate to a range of populations and goals, such as general health promotion, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
