DISCUSSION:
Green sulfur bacteria presence is indicated by peaks at 750nm in the in vivo, and 667nm in the methanol.
Purple/ proteobacteria presence is
indicated by peaks at 795nm and 890 nm in the in vivo, and 769nm in the
methanol.
